Chevy Chase, MD, August 14, 2017– Coteva, a provider in online enrollment and eligibility management for Third Party Administrators (TPAs), is proud to announce their partnership with Planwatch, a trusted leader in the healthcare payor industry since 2005 providing web-based reporting, benchmarking and plan modeling tools. This partnership will provide great value to TPAs/Payors across the country looking to provide their clients with a powerful and user-friendly software solution that provides a best in class data analysis reporting system with the highest performing enrollment and eligibility management system in the industry.

“We think of our clients and prospects as our partners, so we are always looking for ways to facilitate everyday processes, as well as add value to our product portfolio.  This partnership with Planwatch does both things and more!” said Al Lang, Coteva President & Founder.

Coteva’s Enrollment and Eligibility Management system, known has CEEM, has multiple user access points (portals) for Administrators, Employers, Brokers and Employees.  Through this strategic partnership the Administrator portal will have direct one-click access to Planwatch giving them real time analytical reporting for all clients, even drilling down to the most intricate detail of the medical, prescription, vision and dental claims.  Planwatch also gives TPAs the ability to model multi-tier deductibles, out of pockets, copays and grand fathered plan options historically and projectively. Within minutes, illustrate potential cost savings to the plan and  the affect each modeled parameter has on the actual benefit and employee level.

“The synergy between our two companies to the payor community will simplify and optimize the daily reporting struggles and streamline eligibility and enrollment accountability. Collectively, our products manage  the aspects of a plan that deal with the financial  responsibility and impact from both a member and plan perspective. ", said Georgeann Seuffert, Vice President of Sales, Planwatch

Coteva, Inc.

Coteva, Inc. was founded in 2004 by TPA Industry Professionals with over 50 years combined experience in the employee benefits industry.  Coteva’s primary focus at inception was providing data integration services to TPAs with various claims adjudication systems.  In 2008, CEEM (Coteva’s Enrollment and Eligibility Management system) was created to build on that focus and provide an affordable, best in class enrollment and eligibility solution for TPAs and their Brokers, Employers, and Employees.  CEEM eliminates the need for new hire and open enrollment paper applications, because employees make all elections and changes electronically.  Administrators then process their clients’ eligibility online, and CEEM’s robust export functionality gets that eligibility to the appropriate carriers and vendors in multiple file formats.   At the core CEEM provides end-to-end eligibility management with seamless data integration for an easier, unified way to manage employee benefits.
